Sparkle & Stroll Weekend: 3rd, 4th & 5th July 2026

In true Wardrobe Foundation fashion we just couldn’t hold a fundraiser without adding some sparkle and joy.

Across the weekend (3rd-5th July), gather your favourite people, pop on something sparkly, lace up your walking shoes, and head out for a stroll. Any distance, any pace, anywhere you like. Your shimmer helps raise funds for Wardrobe Foundation and shines a light on clothing poverty.

We are kindly asking each participant to make a suggested minimum donation of £15. Every pound raised helps us continue supporting women in desperate need of clothing.

Join the Sparkle & Stroll: Our Top Tips!

  • Pick your date & time: Friday 3rd, Saturday 4th or Sunday 5th July. Your start time will depend on the distance you are walking. You could always opt for a sunrise or sunset sparkle stroll.
  • Pick your route & distance: Think about the distance you’d like to do and where you want to walk. If you’re walking as a team, choose a route that’s suitable for everyone. Remember – you’ll need permission if you want to walk through privately owned land.
  • Gather your favourite people: Invite your friends, family, colleagues and even four legged friends. A lovely way to spend time together while supporting Wardrobe Foundation.
  • Get kitted out: We recommend some good walking shoes and plenty of snacks & water. And because the British weather can be unpredictable, don’t forget your sun cream, a hat and some waterproofs.
  • Dress to Sparkle: Go as bold or as subtle as you like—this is your moment to shine. You can dress head‑to‑toe in sequins, throw on a sparkly top, pull on glittery trousers or shorts, or add fun touches like gems, glitter makeup, sparkly jewellery or even a tiara.
  • Shout About Your Sparkle: Every step you take helps a woman in need, and that’s something truly special, so once you’ve finished your walk, share it proudly—post your photos, your smile and your sparkly outfits on social media tagging Wardrobe Foundation, so we can celebrate with you and see how your walk went.
